Just behind the carport you will find our e-bike hire station. Book your e-bike directly via the website/app (dead easy) or at reception! Top bikes, perfectly serviced: 8 bikes, 4 full-suspension & 4 hardtail & 2 children’s e-bikes. Helmets and child seats are of course available too! The Lungau is an eldorado for bikers, leisurely and ambitious alike! Not just for house guests – anyone can book!

No desire to cook in your chalet? We understand. Come and join us at the Gambswirt – in the heart of Tamsweg. It is a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes by car. Here you can dine wonderfully with your friends and family.
A 5-course gourmet menu in the evening, bookable for your whole stay or daily – we have a plan for the week. Just let us know the evening before!
Price: € 45 for adults and € 25 for children from age 6 (per person / excluding drinks). We are happy to shuttle guests to the Gambswirt and bring you safely home again after a glass of wine …

Fancy a workout during your chalet holiday? Just a stone’s throw from the grounds, you can use one of Austria’s most modern fitness studios! Day and weekly passes are available at our reception. Training hours are from 6 am to 9 pm. So no stress – you have plenty of time to work out.

There are 5 different types of chalet: The Grand, The Everyman, The Family, The Wellness and The Small & Fine. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! A hairdryer, towels, bathrobes and sauna towels are provided for you as well.
Our 5 Alpenfreud apartments in various sizes are all located in the main house. Every apartment has a spacious balcony with a magnificent view. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! A hairdryer, towels, bathrobes and sauna towels are provided for you as well.

The Alpenfreud Lounge in the main house is accessible at all times. Sit together comfortably with friends or family, talk, play games and enjoy each other’s company.
You can add half board at the Hotel/Restaurant Gambswirt in Tamsweg to your stay – even on individual days. Tamsweg – a 15-minute walk away – also offers several restaurants and inns; we are happy to give you a tip. You are also welcome to order food to your chalet or apartment.
Breakfast can be booked directly via GuestNet. If you prefer to order in person, you can fill in an order slip at reception and hand it in there.
No desire to cook in your chalet? We understand. Come and join us at the Gambswirt – right in the centre of Tamsweg. It is a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes by car. Dine wonderfully here with your friends and family. You can easily add half board for € 45 per person (drinks not included).
Our shop in the main house is open around the clock, every day. Alongside everyday essentials you will also find regional delicacies, stylish accessories and lovely little gifts for your loved ones at home.
Enjoy a drink on our beautiful terrace right by the swimming pond and take in the view of the water. That is what relaxation looks like.
In summer, the natural water of our swimming pond invites you to take a refreshing dip.
Enjoy sunbathing by the pond on our sun terrace. Our sun loungers are available free of charge.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Lerchpeuntgut. Via GuestNet you can easily get in touch with us, order breakfast and find out about places to visit.
The main house has a wellness area open to all guests, with a sauna, relaxation area and a room for wellness treatments. These can be booked at reception.
All chalets and the Alpenfreud 1 apartment have their own sauna.
Taking it easy also means letting go. We will organise a massage therapist for your full-body or partial massage. Just tell us your wishes in your enquiry and we will set about finding the right therapist for you.
Fancy a workout during your chalet holiday? At our reception you can get a training ticket for MYGYM Tamsweg. Training hours are from 6 am to 9 pm – so no rush, there is plenty of time to work out.
Right behind the carport you will find our e-bike hire station. There is usually a bike available – after a quick check-in you simply take your bike from the e-bike box and off you go. Occasionally demand is high, so booking in advance with us is always a wise idea.
